About Lil Treasures
Learn. Grow. Play
At Lil Treasures we introduce children to a variety of age-appropriate Montessori and Play Based activities to encourage an environment of learning, and creativity. Children are encouraged to make creative choices with the hands-on, age-appropriate activities provided to them. When a child leaves Lil Treasures they have a solid foundation for the next stage of their young lives.
Lil Treasures will serve two healthy home-cooked meals and two healthy snacks per day. Our daily routine consists of outdoor play (weather permitting), art & crafts, music, calendar, circle time, reading, free play, small group lessons, and naps among other educational activities.

About Me
I am a proud mom of four wonderful children—my three oldest are in college, and my youngest is in elementary school. In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family. Together, we love going to the movies, exploring national parks and museums, visiting Disneyland, and relaxing at our favorite beaches in Hawaii.
Before working with children, I worked in the medical field. However, I discovered my true passion for working with children through volunteering at my church. Inspired by this experience, I decided to pursue an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Early Childhood Education at Cañada College.
I went on to work for four years at a local Montessori-inspired preschool in Redwood City, where I completed my practicum in Early Childhood Education and graduated in 2018.
I am bilingual in English and Spanish and also have experience with baby sign language. I truly love teaching and working with children, and I have combined my professional experience in early childhood education with my experience as a mother to create a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment in my licensed family daycare. I am passionate about providing children with a safe and supportive place where they can learn, grow, and thrive.
